Ice bath with sauna
Book your seat in our ice bath sauna. Our popular ice bath activity with sauna last one and a half hour.
Treat yourself with the luxury of arriving at an already warm sauna. When you arrive our ice bath instructor will meet you and show you around. You will also be guided through the activity so you get the best experience from your stay at our ice bath. In the sauna we serve cold beverages and you will be provided a nice towel and slippers.
After the bath we serve warm beverages and every participant will get a certificate with the confirmed time being in the cold water.
